Abusing lehdc.in
We may limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off lehdc.in if we think they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. To the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute. General
These terms and the other policies posted on lehdc.in constitute the entire agreement between lehdc.in and you, superseding any conflicting parts of any prior agreements. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against lehdc.in must be resolved by a court located in Manjeri, Malappuram (DT.), Kerala State, India.
Playing/Downloading Videos
The videos in “Online Courses” page and playing on website/ sending videos in email through of lehdc.in are protected under the copyright laws. These videos are only for private home use. The contents are not to be transmitted on any transmission system distributing to more than one viewing device or dwelling. Any unauthorized usage, copying, editing, exhibiting, lending, publishing, public performance, uploading in websites or social media is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal prosecution.
Cancel and Return Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to Products and Videos sold on Lehdc.in.
Once the video is downloaded, the return policy is not applicable to the downloaded videos.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
Is different from what was ordered
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
12 -15 Days; Replacement/Refund.
Once the video is played, the return policy is not applicable to the purchased videos.
Refund Policy
If you cancelled the order (Products/Videos) before playing/shipment/download, we would start the refund almost immediately. In case you cancelled the order after shipment, it might take upto 7 days to initiate the refund. Once the video is played, no refund will be given for the played videos
Bank takes additional 12 to 15 business days to credit the amount. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.
Shipping and Delivery
Videos listed on the website are played via website / sending email through.
All Products purchased from the Website (Touchable products) shall be delivered to the User by standard courier services by lehdc.in. All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best-efforts basis, and while the Website will endeavor to deliver the Products on the dates intimated, the Website disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard.
Lehdc.in shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products. Lehdc.in shall not be liable for any damage to the Product in transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.
The logistics partner supported by Lehdc.in will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts the respective Seller reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- Political disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In the event any delay in delivery of a Product is expected, the Website may, at its sole discretion, intimate the User who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.
The Website shall not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering the Products including any damage or loss caused to the Products.
Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery of the Products, the User may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website.
However, in case where a damage has been caused to the Products ordered, we shall replace the products as per our policy as may be indicated on the Website.
Lehdc.in shall not compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. The Users can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the Users will be refunded back the price of the product in the account, in accordance with the options chosen by you, as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
